Each piece is carefully hand-knitted, resulting in limited production of only four pieces per artisan per month.

ボタンは水牛の角から削り出して作る手の込んだ非常に希少性の高いボタンを使用。
水牛の角は中身が空洞になっている部分が多く、使用している30mm径のボタンは一本の角から数個しか取れません。
ボタンに刻まれたヒマラヤ山脈をイメージした刻印も職人による手彫りのもの。
ベイキングという焼きの作業も手作業で、クラシックなブラウンカラーに変色したボタンは製品との相性も抜群です。

The buttons used are meticulously handcrafted from water buffalo horn, making them extremely rare and valuable.
Because much of the horn is hollow inside, only a few 30mm-diameter buttons can be made from a single horn.
Each button features a hand-carved engraving inspired by the Himalayan mountains, crafted by skilled artisans.
The baking process, which gives the buttons their classic brown hue, is also done by hand—resulting in a perfect match with the garment’s aesthetic.

現地にて紡績、染色を行い原料から全て現地職人が携わります。
毛糸に紡ぐ際は「強撚」といい一本一本の糸を強く撚ることで、より強くガッチリした毛糸を作ります。
必然的に糸量も多く使用し、防寒性に富んだ頑丈な製品になります。

High-quality wool is imported from New Zealand to Nepal, where all processes—from spinning to dyeing—are carried out locally by skilled artisans.
During spinning, the wool undergoes a technique called kyōnen (high-twist), where each strand is tightly twisted to produce strong, durable yarn.
As a result, more yarn is used per piece, naturally leading to a sturdier product with excellent heat retention.
